Several start-ups in NYC have been successfully using my start-up toolkit to facilitate sessions on culture. Their clients have requested more copies of the toolkit! I'm working on a new design and printed version.
Precision Strategies, a digital strategy firm based in New York City and D.C., used the culture kit to create a culture manifesto. One important tenet they came up with: "Treat each other like humans."
The Public Society, a graphic design firm in Brooklyn, created culture artifacts: tokens of appreciation.
